Our Process
Consultation
I meet in-home with clients to discuss design concepts, material options, and finishing details. The aim of this step is to ensure that I am aligned with your vision, and best equipped to provide you with an accurate quote and delivery timeline.
Creation
I hand select each piece of timber for superior grain patters, color, and quality, and begin shaping them into the finished product. During this phase, I provide updates via photo and video, allowing you to step into the process and witness the creation of your piece.
Delivery
Upon completion, I arrange a time for delivery, and hand-deliver the finished piece to your home. If item is to be shipped, I carefully pack and crate the piece, and arrange for the delivery through one of our trusted courier partners.
Aftercare
Following the delivery of your piece, I check in to ensure you are 100% satisfied, and am available to my clients should any needs arise post-delivery. Essentially, I’m not happy until you’re happy!
